This combines two of the key elements of the L3n approach: our commitment to excellence and your peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, and we cannot resolve the situation to your satisfaction within 30 days – we will not charge for the labour costs of the installation.
Terms and conditions
The guarantee covers the labour on any installation of network equipment. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of the work carried out by L3n, we will endeavour to rectify that for you. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you will not be billed for the labour costs. Please note: The satisfaction guarantee applies to L3n labour only. Hardware and other parts are covered under the manufacturers' guarantee.
